What better way to start this series of posts than by spotlighting Elena Rtoska? (Now Karanfiloska).


Elena holds the women’s record for the Galicica Ultra 65K course, set last year in 2024, with an ITRA index of 711 and a blazing time of 8:07:41. Impressively, she finished 4th overall , just 16 minutes behind the first-place finisher, Stelios Petrousos. This incredible performance gives us every reason to expect an even better result from her at this year’s Selection Championship in the SkyUltra discipline .
