OUT: Please introduce yourself to our followers.
KG: My name is Konstantinos Giannopoulos and I am from Greece!

OUT: How long have you been running/ trail running? (why do you run)
KG: It was eleven years ago that i was running my first race!

OUT: What do you enjoy most about trail running?
KG: I enjoy the view from the top of a mountain when i run!

OUT: Do you have a memorable running experience/story to share with us? (or your biggest achievement)
KG: It's difficult to choose a moment. There are so many memories in my mind. Off course one of that, it was my last participation and victory from Ohrid Ultra race!

OUT: How do you stay motivated when the going gets tough?
KG: It's in my DNA to keep pushing when the going gets tough!

OUT: What are your top three "little things" that you do to prevent injury?
KG: We should follow a well-structured training program, take care of our diet and of course very good sleep!

OUT: If you could give a single piece of advice to less experienced trail runners what would it be?
KG: They should set achievable goals, based on their background and capabilities. So that they follow a corresponding training plan.
