, we’re highlighting the best achievements, hoping to inspire and motivate you to push your limits at this year’s 7th edition.
Konstantinos Giannopoulos is one of the first and best Greek runners that took part in our event starting with his magnificent show-up back in 2021 when he smashed the shortened OUT100K Ultra (Plan B-tolskio) route. That year he came to Ohrid for the first time, asked a couple of questions and took good intel of the route. Then he swiped every meter of the trails with a start-to-end CPs first position and time of 11:44:46 / 816 ITRA points.
He then took part in Galicica Ultra 65K in 2023 edition followed by one of the best weather forecasts that the runners had on the race. He also won this race leading on all CPs by a significant margin and setting the still standing Galicica Ultra male record with a time of 7:34:54 / 762 ITRA points.
We await this phenomenal runner once again in our races because his initial plan was to try and win all the races of Ohrid Ultra-Trail.
