This year, we presented our event at the expo of Istria100 by UTMB - the most popular regional ultra race. Our representatives Igor Jovanovski and Aleksandar Buleski arrived on April 13 in Umag, Croatia and immediately started with registration and setting up OUT booth in the sports hall where BIB packages of 100 Miles of Istria were also awarded.

I've gotten a lots of see and hear hallucinations when I tried crossing traverse the Japanese Alps (Northern,Middle,Southern）which a 415km 27,000m±D. I was very moved when I saw a small view of the Northern Alps, which I had passed through 4 days before from last part of the Southern Alps.

For me, trail running offers a chance to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and connect with nature. It's not just about the physical benefits, although those are certainly important. It's also about the mental and emotional benefits of spending time in the great outdoors and experiencing the beauty of the mountains. So in short, I run because it's good for my body, mind, and soul.

I enjoy the view from the top of a mountain when i run! There are so many memories in my mind. Off course one of that, it was my last participation and victory from Ohrid Ultra race!

I feel freedom and I love the loneliness that you feel on the mountains, running across the trails. By running in the trails I feel the adventure; the whole thing doesn't allow you to cool down. I'm thinking of real life, how hard I struggled all these years there, so fighting in a race seems to be funny after all.

Simply I love time in the mountains or on the trail, in the forest. Being alone just with my mind, my feelings, my body and all this great nature around me. During the races event I am happy to be around so many great human beings. Running gives my possibility to explore.

I have more problem finding the motivation to be calm 🙂 Sport recharges me. I run for fun. I've been experimenting with training plans with @Echis Carinatus for the last three years. But I'm trying to adapt those too to keep it fun. Running in the nature instead of on the road, or gamifying my running somehow.

Last weekend, on February 18 and 19, 2023, the initial meeting of the working group of the project - Green Trails of Future - Green Paths of the Future - whose main goal will be to attract and involve adolescents in sports in nature - mainly in mountain running - was held in Skopje.
